Exercises for the whole body using elastic bands and small weights, great for improving your posture and overall strength. Resistance training naturally reduces stress & anxiety.

CARDIO-BARRE ANYWHERE!

One of our favourite combinations. Great for detoxifying and toning your body. It can be low impact but very effective, focusing more on the glutes and the legs.

Let’s focus on those lines! Pilates mat exercises for the whole body. Improve your posture, flexibility and strength.

AQUA FUN

Pool cardio and exercises for toning your muscles. The water gives extra resistance and of course makes everything more fun.

PILATES MAT

Classic Pilates exercises in the mat, using small ball , ring and fitball. A total body targeting program for all!

EXPRESSING YOURSELF

An improvisation class for all, adults and kids, using movement and rhythm!

KIDS TIME

Creative games. Dance and improvisation. Learning skills and tricks through fun and safe activities.
